Connemarra Ultra Training – Sunday long run

This year I am running the Connemarra ulra for the 4th time. I have managed to convince a couple of friends to join me this year, and as part of the ‘dare’ they are doing some training runs with me.

The first training run will be this Sunday, Feb 15. We expect to do about 30 miles on this day. ** Anyone interested in joining in can do as much as they want and return back to Dublin at any stage.

The Plan:
Dublin – Howth – Howth summit x 2 – return to Dublin.#
Start: 9:00am/ Temple Bar.

You will be expected to bring your own water and food (ie. runnning belt/ camelbak).

Mobile phones, gels, food etc are your own responsiblity.

Starting and finishing in Dublin at Run Logic store (where there is coffee).
